Local support from people who get to know you
Wherever you are in your fostering journey, having the right support nearby makes a difference. Flourish works with foster families across the North West, South West and South East, with regional offices and teams providing social work support, training, therapeutic expertise and opportunities to connect with other foster families.
Our regional approach means support isn’t centred around an office building. Your Supervising Social Worker will get to know you and your family, visiting you at home and supporting you throughout your fostering journey. You’ll also have access to your wider regional team, our in-house therapeutic expertise, training and 24/7 support.
The offices in Stockport, Reading and Snodland give each region a base for meetings, training, support groups and events, as well as somewhere for our teams and foster families to come together.

North West
Our North West team supports foster families across the region from our base in Stockport. You'll be supported by people who understand the communities they work in, with opportunities to attend training, support groups and regional events and to meet other Flourish families.
South West
Our South West team provides personal, relationship-led support to foster families across the region, with our Reading office acting as a base for the team, training and opportunities to come together.
South East
Our South East team supports foster families across the region from our office in Snodland, Kent. Alongside dedicated social work and therapeutic support, families can take part in training, support groups, activities and community events throughout the year.
